About Me: I have been a Personal Trainer since 1999, when I went from heavy and sick, to fit and healthy! I have a real passion for coaching and helping people with their goals, no matter what they are. I started Best Body Fitness in 2002 from scratch and compete in Ultra distance Triathlon, Ironmans and more.  I used to be a horrible runner, full of injuries, now I run Ultra Marathons injury free - I love to teach others those secrets!
